Staff must verify eligibility and the actual balance, perform any points action manually, then review the request and complete any payment manually. The tracker labels these as staff-recorded confirmations. It does not independently verify the game or payment provider.
If you need a change, contact support with the request reference. Do not submit duplicates or send a payment to release a prize.
